Most products sold by Pctown needs to be returned to base for warranty except those products have local manufacturer warranty (eg. some monitors, printers and laptops).
Any damage of products caused by purchaser from misuse, accident, incorrect or careless installation, improper operation or adjustment, and using the products far more often than a reasonable consumer would expect to use the products will not be covered by warranty.
A RMA number issued by Pctown is required before returning any goods. RMA Numbers are strictly valid for a period of 15 days from date of issue; any expired RMA Numbers will necessitate re-applying for a new RMA Number.
A copy of original invoice will be requested for all warranty claims.
Ensure that products are thoroughly tested before returning them as an up to $33 test fee may be charged for each item returned for service but eventually tested to be non-faulty.
Proper packing must be used for all goods returned, as warranty will be void if goods are damaged in transit.
Freight of returned goods to and from base is the responsibility of the customer.
Please backup all your data files, settings and softwares stored on your system before bringing it to Pctown for warranty service.
If you are not sure that how long the warranty is for a particular product, please do not hesitate to contact us for more information.
