What is the cost for delivery products to my city?
After you add products to shopping cart, if you are not login, you can see a button “Check shipping cost”. Select a correct city and click the button, the shipping cost will be added. If you are already login, the system will automatically calculate the shipping cost according to your shipping address.
Can I track the status of my order?
Yes. You can login to see the processing status and the couriers track number if the products are delivered.
How to use PayPal if I do not have a PayPal account?
A. Click "Pay Now" button. (You can find the "Pay Now" button at the "Checkout Success" page, or at the particular "Order Information" page in your Pctown Account)
B. On the "PayPal Secure Payments" page, click "Continue" link (see Figure below):

C. Fill in your credit card information and personal information, click "Review Order and Continue" button (see Figure below):

D. You will be retruned to the "Checkout Success" page of Pctown website, after finishing the PayPal payment process.
